Sport court questions
How big is a backyard basketball or pickleball court?
A half-court is common for backyards; regulation pickleball needs more length than most people expect. We'll size the pad to your lot and intended use and mark it out on site so you can see it before we dig.
Do you surface and stripe the court too?
We pour and finish the concrete pad — flat, true and cured correctly, which is what a surfacing system needs underneath it. We'll coordinate timing with your surfacing installer.
How flat does a court slab need to be?
Flatter than a patio. We set forms to a tighter tolerance and finish accordingly, because a dip you'd never notice on a patio is a dead spot on a court.
Do you handle the dirt work and demolition?
